Client & Project Management

Manage multiple experiential and event projects across the UAE and KSA.

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.

Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs for creative and production teams.
-
Lead project timelines, status meetings, and delivery planning.
-
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
-
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
Commercial & Financial Management
-
Prepare and manage project budgets aligned with project scope.
-
Track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Source and negotiate with suppliers across the region.
-
Monitor project profitability and identify potential financial risks.
-
Manage purchase orders, invoicing schedules, and final reconciliations with finance teams.
-
Manage scope changes and communicate budget implications clearly.
Project Delivery & Operations

Develop detailed project timelines and operational plans.
-
Work closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
-
Coordinate logistics, technical requirements, staffing, and venue planning.
-
Represent the agency confidently during live events and activations.
-
Maintain strong quality control across all project deliverables.
Internal Collaboration

Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver integrated projects.

Support internal coordination and project documentation.

Contribute to improving processes and project workflows.

Experience & Skills

3–5 years’ experience within an experiential marketing, brand experience, or events agency.
-
Proven experience managing projects with mid-to-large budgets.
-
Strong budgeting and supplier negotiation experience within the UAE market.
-
Experience working with regional or international brands.
-
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
-
Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus).
