About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO’s Office within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
This is a senior support role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and strong business judgement. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO’s Office, ensuring the smooth flow of information, high-quality executive materials, and effective coordination across senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Representation of the CEO’s Office

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s Office, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and discretion at all times

Represent the CEO’s Office in interactions with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders

Uphold the highest standards across all communications and deliverables
Executive Office Management

Manage calendars, correspondence, and executive workflows to ensure priorities are met

Coordinate reporting submissions across the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Review and refine executive reports, briefing notes, and presentations to a high professional standard
Governance & Delegation of Authority

Monitor compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA) frameworks
-
Review submissions to ensure alignment with policy before CEO approval

Maintain accurate records of decisions, approvals, and supporting documentation
Board & Leadership Support

Coordinate board and executive committee meetings, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up actions

Ensure board packs and leadership presentations are concise, clear, and business-focused

Track actions and resolutions to ensure accountability and delivery
Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a central coordination point between the CEO’s Office and internal functions

Ensure stakeholders are prepared and supported in delivering updates and submissions

Proactively follow up on actions, decisions, and reporting deadlines
Additional Support

Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by the CEO’s Office
Experience & Qualifications
This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a CEO’s Office
-
Strong experience with governance processes, reporting workflows, and DoA compliance
-
Proven ability to produce and quality-check executive-level reports and presentations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
