Job Description
This is a senior commercial role responsible for generating sponsorship revenue and driving strategic partnerships across a high-profile event portfolio. The position is hands-on and revenue-focused, requiring someone confident in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals while building long-term client value.
You will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content and operations teams to deliver commercially successful events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development

Lead sponsorship sales and close high-value partnership agreements

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth

Identify and convert new business opportunities across target sectors

Grow and retain existing accounts to maximise long-term value

Represent the brand externally and build strong industry visibility
Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with internal teams to align sponsorship deliverables

Contribute to the development of innovative partnership packages

Support post-event retention and rebooking strategies
Reporting & Performance

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting

Utilise CRM systems and data insights to optimise performance

Drive retention through strategic account management
Experience & Skills
-
Minimum 5 years’ proven B2B sales experience (events or service-based sectors preferred)

Demonstrated success closing high-value, complex deals

Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing longer sales cycles

Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset

High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capability

Fluency in English and Arabic preferred

CRM experience advantageous
