Job Description
I’m representing a well-established organisation within the events and entertainment space that is looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on a one-year renewable contract. This role will take full ownership of recruitment delivery across corporate and event-led functions, while leading a small internal TA team and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives, managing end-to-end hiring across permanent, contract and temporary roles, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout. The role includes partnering with department heads on workforce planning, overseeing agency relationships and budgets, managing offers and onboarding, and using recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes. You will also ensure full compliance with labour laws, internal policies and governance requirements.
This role manages Talent Acquisition Specialists and is accountable for driving performance, process efficiency and consistent recruitment standards across the business.
Experience
You will bring 10+ years’ experience within talent acquisition or human capital, ideally gained in the events, entertainment or group holding company environment. Strong exposure to high-volume and specialist hiring is essential, along with experience managing agencies, budgets and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. A professional HR qualification such as CIPD is preferred.
You will be commercially minded, highly organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills are critical, along with a solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment best practice and regional labour regulations.
