Job Description

For a well-established company based in Sharjah, we are seeking a GM for Strategy.  The ideal person for this role would have experience as a consultant or manager who has gone through a transition/transformation with a large company, like a family group.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance in line with a 3 year strategy

Requirements:

• 12-15 years in a commercial leadership role in trading and or distribution
• Multi-country exposure
• Strong P&L ownership background
• Experience in scaling commercial teams
• Be a data driven decision maker
• Have the ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
