Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Execution
-
Deliver high-quality graphic design across experiential, environmental, print, and digital platforms

Create branding for events, exhibitions, activations, and installations, including wayfinding, stage design, and print collateral
-
Develop digital assets such as social templates, large-format visuals, and campaign materials
2. Environmental & Spatial Graphics
-
Collaborate with 3D and production teams to develop large-format visuals and branded environments
-
Adapt designs for spatial applications, considering user journey, scale, and interaction
-
Ensure all artwork is production-ready and aligned with technical specifications
3. Brand Systems & Campaign Consistency
-
Translate creative direction into scalable visual systems across multiple channels
-
Support the development of templates, toolkits, and brand guidelines
-
Ensure consistency across all outputs, maintaining brand integrity across physical and digital formats
4. Team Collaboration & Workflow Support
-
Work closely with creative leads to deliver against briefs and maintain quality standards
-
Collaborate with content, production, and account teams to align timelines and outputs
-
Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and freelancers where required
Core Competencies
Design Craft
Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, composition, and imagery across formats
Experiential Awareness
Understanding of design within spatial and environmental contexts
Multi-Channel Design
Ability to create cohesive work across print, digital, social, and spatial outputs
Executional Detail
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy for print, large-format, and digital delivery
Visual Consistency
Ability to maintain brand coherence across campaign rollouts
Collaboration
Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
Tools & Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Figma or Adobe XD (preferred)

Basic understanding of motion/animation workflows

Exposure to 3D tools (e.g. SketchUp, Rhino) is advantageous
Qualifications & Experience

5–7 years’ experience in a creative or experiential agency environment

Strong portfolio showcasing experiential branding and multi-platform campaigns
-
Experience across events, exhibitions, activations, or branded environments
-
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
-
Regional experience and Arabic design exposure is advantageous
