A Dubai-based company is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager  / Finance Business Partner to join its finance team in a high-impact, hands-on role.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, exceptional in Excel, and comfortable getting deep into the detail of the numbers. You will analyse every revenue stream, perform detailed deep dives, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior management to support commercial and strategic decision-making.

Alongside the analytical side, this role requires strong technical accounting expertise. You will review accounting entries, ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards, and provide final sign-off on financial reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Detailed financial analysis and revenue deep dives
• Advanced Excel-based reporting and modelling
• Preparation and review of financial reports for management
• Reviewing accounting team’s work
• Ensuring technical accuracy and providing final sign-off
• Partnering with the business to support informed decision-making

The ideal candidate:

• Ex–Big 4 background preferred due to consultative approach
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CMA, CIMA etc)
• No more than 15 years’ total professional experience
• Very polished and professionally presented
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Diplomatic, resilient, and comfortable operating under pressure
• Strong team manager with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
