Seeking an Ambitious Business Development Executive.

 

My client is one of the world’s largest and most diverse education and assessment providers, operating in over 30 countries. They maintain relationships and partnerships with more than 1,000 school districts, colleges, universities, professional bodies, and over 10,000 businesses. Our extensive capabilities and assets set us apart in the industry.

 

My client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help them expand their client base in the region. As the face of the company, you will be dedicated to creating and implementing an effective sales strategy. Your goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products and services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
