Job Description

The Chemicals Sales Manager at this large scale B2B business is responsible for driving substantial growth in chemicals product line across customer segments and operation countries. This role involves crafting and implementing a robust chemicals sales strategy, building and leading a specialized sales team, and collaborating with existing sales team members to optimize chemicals-related sales.

 

By providing technical expertise, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, the Chemicals Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding market share, boosting revenue, and establishing the company a premier provider of chemical solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and communicate business line, product and product go-to-market sales strategies and roadmaps based on in-depth understanding of industry dynamics and trends, market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis and company's goals.
  • Oversee the chemicals product portfolio to drive growth and success for the company.
  • Develop in collaboration with CCO and CSO pricing strategies based on market analysis, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the CSO and Sales Directors to set and manage chemical sales targets and the sales pipeline.
  • Actively participate in sales activities, including customer meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Train and mentor the sales team on effective sales strategies and technical knowledge for the chemicals business.
  • Manage a team of technical experts to provide optimal post-sales support and customer service.
  • Develop the Chemcials’ Sales team structure and capabilities based on business needs.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemicals sales or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemicals and their applications.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Salary & Benefits:

 

  • Salary: AED 16,000- 20,000 plus commission
