Inspire Selection is partnering with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to recruit an IT Infrastructure Specialist into its growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to build their career within a Microsoft-centred infrastructure environment, with real scope for development.

Responsibilities

You’ll support and maintain the organisation’s core infrastructure, keeping systems secure, stable and performing at their best. Responsibilities include:

• Administering and troubleshooting Active Directory, including user, group and policy management
• Supporting Microsoft Exchange and messaging services
• Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments
• Monitoring and resolving network issues across LAN/WAN
• Working with internal teams to deliver infrastructure improvements and upgrades
• Taking part in a shift rota to ensure continuous service availability

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, networking and server administration
• A strong willingness to learn and keep pace with new technologies
• Flexible and comfortable with some shift work
• A proactive problem-solver with good communication skills
• Willing to be part of shift based support
