Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow key client relationships, serving as lead brand advisor and day-to-day point of contact
• Lead the development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns that integrate physical and digital elements
• Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, and vendor coordination to deliver high-impact activations
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive, omni-channel delivery
• Provide strategic insights on audience behaviour, channel performance, and campaign ROI
• Supervise and mentor junior account managers and project staff
• Drive upsell opportunities and contribute to organic growth within existing accounts

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in client servicing or brand management at an experiential, creative, or integrated marketing agency
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (live + digital + social)
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality activations, installations, and immersive experiences
• Strong project and budget management skills, with an eye for detail and delivery
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• lots of travel to Saudi
