We're partnering with a leading provider of industrial solutions organisation that works primarily with manufacturing companies to appoint a Regional Field Sales Manager based in the UAE.

Responsibilities: 

This role will lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers while driving business growth through strategic account management, channel partner development, and new business acquisition across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions to clients within the industrial, construction, and energy sectors.

Requirements: 

We're keen to speak with professionals who have:

• 8–12 years of B2B sales experience within industrial, engineering, construction, or technical solution environments
• Experience leading and coaching field sales teams
• Strong channel partner and distributor management experience
• Exposure to project-based sales and technical solution selling
• Knowledge of asset integrity, preservation, or corrosion protection solutions would be highly advantageous
• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (MBA a plus)

Budget:

• AED 25-30k plus bonus
• Educational allowance
