We are partnering with a leading FMCG organisation to recruit a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial performance, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team within the Saudi market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong commercial results.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure effective execution of trade and promotional activities across the region.
Requirements:
- Saudis only
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi retail and distribution landscape.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
