Senior Manager -Group FP&A (Abu Dhabi)
AED up to 50,000 + family medical, air tickets and education allowance
Our client, a diversified corporate holding group is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Manager – Group FP&A to play a key role within the corporate finance function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business segments and legal entities
- Partner with the CFO, senior leadership team and business heads to translate strategic objectives into measurable financial and operational plans
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, business growth opportunities and performance optimisation
- Drive enterprise-wide performance management by designing and implementing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards and value-creation metrics across the Group
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making, capital allocation and resource prioritisation
- Lead the preparation and presentation of consolidated management reporting packs for the CFO, CEO and senior leadership team
- Deliver meaningful analysis of business performance, key trends, risks and opportunities, challenging assumptions and driving accountability across the organisation
- Develop reporting frameworks that provide transparency and comparability across diverse business units and investment portfolios
- Present financial and operational performance insights to executive stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic discussions
- Ensure alignment of planning, reporting and performance measurement processes with IFRS requirements and Group financial policies
- Provide technical finance guidance relating to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, VAT and Corporate Tax considerations
- Oversee the integrity, consistency and governance of financial information used in strategic planning and performance reporting
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to department heads and senior management, providing challenge, support and commercial insight
- Influence key stakeholders across the Group to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency and achievement of strategic objectives
- Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Lead initiatives to enhance FP&A processes, reporting capabilities and financial systems to improve efficiency, automation and business insight
- Identify opportunities to standardise reporting and planning methodologies across the Group, improving consistency and scalability
- Support the ongoing development of finance capabilities, tools and performance management frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification preferred
- 10+ years’ progressive experience within FP&A or commercial finance
- Prior experience within a corporate holding company, diversified conglomerate, investment group, or large multinational environment is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to group-level reporting, strategic planning, and executive stakeholder management
- Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across multiple entities or regions
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Demonstrated success driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at C-suite level
