About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO’s Office within a complex, fast-paced organisation.

This is a senior support role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and strong business judgement. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO’s Office, ensuring the smooth flow of information, high-quality executive materials, and effective coordination across senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Representation of the CEO’s Office

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s Office, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and discretion at all times

  • Represent the CEO’s Office in interactions with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders

  • Uphold the highest standards across all communications and deliverables

Executive Office Management

  • Manage calendars, correspondence, and executive workflows to ensure priorities are met

  • Coordinate reporting submissions across the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Review and refine executive reports, briefing notes, and presentations to a high professional standard

Governance & Delegation of Authority

  • Monitor compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA) frameworks

  • Review submissions to ensure alignment with policy before CEO approval

  • Maintain accurate records of decisions, approvals, and supporting documentation

Board & Leadership Support

  • Coordinate board and executive committee meetings, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up actions

  • Ensure board packs and leadership presentations are concise, clear, and business-focused

  • Track actions and resolutions to ensure accountability and delivery

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a central coordination point between the CEO’s Office and internal functions

  • Ensure stakeholders are prepared and supported in delivering updates and submissions

  • Proactively follow up on actions, decisions, and reporting deadlines

Additional Support

  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by the CEO’s Office

Experience & Qualifications

This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a CEO’s Office

  • Strong experience with governance processes, reporting workflows, and DoA compliance

  • Proven ability to produce and quality-check executive-level reports and presentations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
