**ARABIC SPEAKING ROLE**

Our client is looking for a highly driven Arabic speaking Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial governance across the business. In this newly created role, you will be spearheading the implementation of strong controls and processes. Paying up to AED 25,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily group financial performance and cashflow across countries/divisions
• Support M&A transactions with strong financial analysis
• Support the CFO on financial risk management
• Lead the annual group budgeting process with detailed variance analysis
• Deliver quarterly rolling forecasts and financial projections
• Consolidate subsidiary financial statements
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, and Treasury functions
• Ensure month-end close within 4 working days
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FTA & MOHRE regulations

Qualifications and skills:

• MUST be able to speak fluent Arabic
• ACA/CA qualified from a Big 4 background
• Similar role in a FMCG/Distribution sector
• Team management experience
• Experience in leading transformation projects
• Mergers & Acquisitions experience

Package:

• Salary up to AED 25,000 per month depending on experience, medical and travel allowance for family
• Must be able to work 1 Saturday per month
