Our client is seeking a Director of Investment Analysis to lead strategic investment evaluation, financial modelling, mergers & acquisitions execution, and cross-functional project management across a diverse and high impact portfolio.

This role demands a highly experienced, client facing leader with the presence and maturity to drive strategic discussions and advise senior executives on high impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead advanced financial modelling, valuation, scenario analysis, and investment feasibility studies.
• Run end to end mergers & acquisitions processes, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and coordination with advisors.
• Maintain oversight of work streams, governance, timelines and risk registers across investment activities.
• Collaborate across company departments to support strategic initiatives at group and board level.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder investment and transformation projects.

Qualifications & experience required:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• CFA qualified
• 5–7 years in investment analysis, corporate finance, or strategic advisory.
• 10–12 years total professional experience.
• Strong grounding in corporate finance from a Big 4 background (highly preferred).
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structuring, due diligence, and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
