Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Pricing Coordinator to support the preparation and coordination of bid and tender submissions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that pricing proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of bid and tender pricing proposals in collaboration with the commercial, sales, and finance teams.
- Collect, analyze, and validate cost data from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure pricing models are accurate, competitive, and compliant with client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of pricing structures, cost assumptions, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in developing price breakdowns, supporting narratives, and financial justifications for submissions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs for bid/tender deadlines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic decision-making.
- Review and track submitted bids, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in pricing, tender coordination, or bid support (preferred but not essential).
