Business Development Manager – Freight Forwarding / Project Cargo
Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with deep knowledge of project cargo and the Saudi logistics landscape? We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading international shipping and logistics company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and take ownership of end-to-end business development across breakbulk, RORO, and ODC services.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
- Independently manage full-cycle project cargo operations (ODC, RORO, Breakbulk).
- Collaborate with internal teams on pre-sales, technical studies, and project execution.
- Visit clients, vendors, and transporters regularly across Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor and deliver on KPIs, ensuring a minimum of 4x salary in sales targets.
- Offer value-added logistics solutions and door-to-door services.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
✅ Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, project cargo, or NVOCC sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong exposure to RORO, breakbulk, and ODC cargo movement.
- Familiarity with local freight forwarders, transporters, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
