A well-established organisation operating within the bulk feed and grain industry is seeking an experienced Terminal Manager to lead operations at one of its key facilities. This is a confidential opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within a critical logistics and agri-commodities environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day terminal operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of bulk feed and grain.

• Oversee the loading and unloading processes, ensuring timely and safe handling.

• Implement and maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance measures.

• Lead and develop a team of terminal staff, instilling a culture of accountability and safety.

• Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

• Liaise with clients to deliver tailored service and resolve issues efficiently.

• Drive cost control, budgeting, and operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or relevant work experience.

• 3–5 years' experience in bulk grain terminals, feed mills, or flour mills.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors and bucket elevators.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexibly and travel as required.

• Valid driving license is essential.
