We are seeking an experienced ARABIC SPEAKING Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading multinational company in the engineering and manufacturing industry. This is a high-impact regional role, responsible for managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial performance across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership (MD & GM) to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage multiple P&Ls across the region, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop financial models to support business strategies and operational improvements.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across regional finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Arabic speakers only
• 15+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior regional finance role.
• Currently working in a large multinational company in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Travel - several times each month to various Arabic speaking countries
• Proven experience managing multiple P&Ls across different markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
