We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owner of a service provider company while getting actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of juggling a variety of tasks across multiple functions, including marketing, finance, and human resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute strategically to the success of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Actively contribute to day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of business functions and timely execution of projects.
- Support marketing activities, including campaign coordination, social media management, and content creation.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and preparation of financial documents.
- Coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, and handling employee inquiries.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and other business-related functions.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient office management.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of basic finance functions, including budget management and expense tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
