Project Commercial Accountant

SAR 20,000 – 23,000

Our client, an innovator in large-scale Events who use technology and storytelling to captivate audiences globally are looking to recruit a Commercial Accountant for their Riyadh office.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial reports
• Management of Middle East client rate cards to maximize targets margins
• Project and resource contribution analysis to optime outcome
• Project reconciliation and review
• Work closely with Senior Client Team in the preparation of client project budgets
• Project budget review and analysis
• Assist and support with commercial requirements for all new business activities
• Liaising with the project team to ensure all clients budgets are up to date and registered in the ERP accordingly
• Schedule regular WIP meetings with ME Finance Director and advise of any projects that require action or additional management input
• Ensure project cash flow are prepared and monitored
• Ability to manage foreign currency impact on financials
• Accurate and timely monthly posting of revenue into the system

Requirements:

• Candidates should be degree educated in Accountancy or Finance
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial management accounting and project accounting
• Strong understanding of client contracts, rate cards and project profitability optimization
• Strong ERP management experience for accurate project set up, invoicing and WIP management (Marconomy an advantage)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
