The role is scoped with growth opportunities in mind and includes independent management of small to medium-sized projects.

The Account Manager looking to join the team needs to be highly passionate about the experiential marketing world and be a dedicated, hard-working individual with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. The ideal candidate needs to be as much a “doer” as a “talker” and be able to work with a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life. The candidate should be an outgoing individual with a wide range of interests in the world of sports, music, culture, and fashion and be highly connected with current trends and developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
    • Drive organic growth across the assigned client portfolio.
    • Manage a portfolio of client projects from planning to delivery and post-event evaluation. Take ownership and deliver disruptive campaigns on time and within budget from conception to delivery.
    • Own the account narrative internally, orchestrating agency-management involvement to drive the agency agenda and deepen the relationship.
    • Lead and control projects by working directly on or overseeing team members' complete projects, from initial proposal, idea, and concept to on-site management, logistics, and final debriefing/reporting.
    • Maintain and challenge agency standards in ideation, project management, and quality control, ensuring the agency consistently exceeds client expectations.
    • Understand and translate clients' business challenges and create strategic experiential (and integrated, where applicable) plans to solve or improve business performance, demonstrated through clearly defined and measurable results.
    • Deliver quality briefs, ensuring that teams produce five-star quality projects and deliver significant business results for clients.
    • Keep self and the team up to date on developments in the client's industry, trends, competitors, and innovations that could inspire internal teams and clients.
    • Process and manage briefs to ensure the client's marketing budget is utilized to the best of its ability.
    • Provide thoughtful and innovative advice to optimize budgets and briefs by collaborating with other departments and team members as and when appropriate, ensuring delivery of a demonstrable return on client investment.
    • Engage with in-house teams to develop best-in-class creative responses.
    • Write production briefs for the in-house team, tender to suppliers, ensure quality and timelines, and create a production plan.
  • Project Management
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Directly lead or oversee team members in all project phases, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure project success.
    • Champion disruptive and innovative campaign strategies, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence in project delivery.
    • Maintain accountability for project outcomes, providing comprehensive debriefings and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Management
    • Work closely with the HR team on engagement strategies to motivate the team to deliver high-quality work.
    • Mentor the team to grow professionally and inspire them to stay curious, continually raising their service bar.
    • Partner across departments to align and ensure the agency’s vision and voice are evident in project execution.
    • Foster diversity and inclusion, thereby building an incredibly dynamic team.
  • Processes
    • Act as a role model to the team by adhering to agency policies, processes, and systems.
    • Continuous analysis of the processes or elements leading to the accomplishment of results, looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency.
