Job Description

The Experiential Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing creative campaigns, developing branding strategies, and driving innovation in our projects. This individual will generate innovative concepts and ideas for both the Agency and its clients, positioning the Agency globally, and setting new market trends in the experiential event industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategies for and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour for events, festivals, and exhibitions to create effective brand strategies that differentiate our clients in their respective industries.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of clients' industries, customers, and competitors. Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions.
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring their vision is met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to continually improve strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop strategies for positioning the Agency globally and winning awards for the Agency and its clients.
  • Disrupt the event ideas of our existing clients and set new market trends in the experiential event industry.
  • Perform research, analysis, feasibility studies, and leverage technology to innovate and disrupt the exhibitions and festivals services.
  • All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.

 

Job Specification:

 

  • 5 – 7 years of proven experience in a creative strategy role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mind-set with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to be flexible and hands-on during high stress.
  • Must have experience disrupting the events industry, especially in the experiential event industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
