Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly professional UAE National Executive Coordinator to provide dedicated support to a senior Executive Director within a large and respected organisation in Abu Dhabi.

 

This is a critical role requiring an individual who can operate with confidence, discretion and professionalism whilst acting as a key liaison between the Executive Director, internal departments and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive Director's calendar, meetings, appointments and priorities
  • Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Executive Director
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and briefing materials in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record accurate minutes
  • Follow up on actions and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
  • Maintain organised records, documents and filing systems
  • Anticipate requirements, identify potential issues and proactively resolve challenges before they arise
  • Support communication and coordination between Support Services and other departments across the organisation
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and polished administrative professional with previous experience supporting senior executives.

 

You will possess:

 

  • UAE National status (Family Book required)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Office Manager or similar senior administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
