The Opportunity
This is not an account management role it is a true new business position.
You will be responsible for establishing a strong market presence in London, leveraging existing international relationships while developing new corporate partnerships across key sectors.
You’ll have full ownership of the commercial strategy in the region, with the autonomy to shape growth and the potential to build a team as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development
-
Build a UK-based client portfolio from scratch, targeting corporate accounts across financial services, legal, corporate travel, and private aviation sectors

Convert existing international client relationships into active UK business
-
Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from initial outreach through to signed agreements

Position the business as a preferred partner within the executive services space
Market Expansion

Focus on London’s key commercial districts including the City, Canary Wharf, Mayfair, and West End
-
Support regional expansion across the UK as the business grows
-
Develop cross-border opportunities between the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
-
Identify and build strategic partnerships within key travel and corporate ecosystems
Relationship Management

Own and manage all client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact

Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
-
Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Operations Collaboration
-
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Provide client feedback to improve service offering and client experience
-
Develop internal processes and account management frameworks to support future growth
Requirements
Essential
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within:
-
Executive services
-
Corporate travel
-
Chauffeuring / high-end transport
-
Or a similar high-touch B2B service industry
-

Strong existing network of corporate decision-makers (e.g. EAs, PAs, travel managers, senior stakeholders)

Proven track record of securing new business and managing corporate accounts

Deep understanding of corporate client expectations and service standards

Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
Preferred

Experience working with financial institutions, law firms, or corporate travel programmes

Understanding of corporate travel logistics and client servicing models
-
Exposure to international markets, particularly Europe or the Middle East

Experience working with tech-enabled platforms or service solutions
