Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, and content collaborators aligned with business objectives.

Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and co-branded campaign opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, creators, media platforms, and industry stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, content, social, and media to deliver partnership initiatives.

Develop pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners and clients.
-
Manage partnership agreements, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
-
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform innovations, and consumer behaviour across the UAE and GCC markets.

Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.

Generate new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, market research, and networking.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch through to negotiation and closing of agreements.

Maintain and grow existing client and partner relationships through upselling and strategic account development.

Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics through CRM systems and report regularly to senior leadership.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing.

Experience working within media, advertising, digital marketing, or influencer-related industries is preferred.

Proven ability to develop and close partnership or sponsorship agreements.
-
Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, digital marketing trends, and regional consumer behaviour.
-
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
