Job Description
We are seeking a procurement Specialist for a leading facilities management company in Dubai. The Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing costs, maintaining inventory levels and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization’s procurement process.
Responsibilities:
- Source goods and services
- Negotiate prices and contracts
- Managing vendor relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Requirements:
- Technical or engineering degree
- 10 years’ experience in procurement
- Experience in managing the procurement and stores function in FM, with Microsoft D365 knowledge
- Preferably CSCP, CPSM, e-procurement systems, HSEQ
- Knowledge of areas like elevators, landscaping, piping, chillers, general spare parts and consumables
- Experience in supplier relations, inventory levels, procurement strategies, pricing/purchasing, pricing reviews, evaluation of supplier performance, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining quotations, supporting internal and external audits, etc.
- Very good communication skills in English
