Corporate Brand & Communications Coordinator

Trilingual (English, French & Arabic – written and verbal)

 

Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the energy sector, supporting multiple business affiliates across international markets. The business has a strong focus on brand consistency, strategic communications, and reputation management across regions, with significant exposure to the African market.

 

We are looking for a Corporate Brand & Communications Coordinator to lead the development and execution of corporate brand and communications strategy across multiple affiliates.

This role will be responsible for strengthening brand equity, increasing brand awareness, and supporting integrated marketing communications including campaigns, media, partnerships, point-of-sale and after-sales engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Brand Management

  • Act as brand steward, ensuring brand identity and reputation are protected across all markets
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across campaigns and touchpoints
  • Translate brand strategy into messaging and value propositions for affiliates
  • Identify and share best practices across markets to support continuous improvement

Communications Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across the organisation
  • Oversee communication campaigns for brand, products, and services
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality output and brand alignment
  • Support affiliate marketing teams in delivering communications aligned with global objectives
  • Provide guidance to internal marketing operations support functions to ensure consistent execution

Planning, Measurement & Governance

  • Monitor and review communications plans and performance quarterly
  • Ensure strong measurement and reporting to track ROI and KPIs
  • Support affiliates in optimising channel mix, budgets, and communication plans
  • Coordinate reviews with affiliates to share insights and improve outcomes

Process & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support implementation of standardised communication processes and guidelines
  • Lead and support global brand projects across affiliates
  • Strengthen collaboration between corporate and local marketing teams

Executive Communications Support

  • Provide communications and branding support to senior leadership as needed
  • Assist with preparation of key messaging, statements, and sensitive communications
  • Support executive-level communications in line with brand standards and governance frameworks
  • Act as a trusted communications partner for reputation management support

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (or similar)
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in brand management, corporate communications or marketing (multi-market exposure preferred)
  • Strong copywriting capabilities (including executive-level messaging)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand governance, messaging frameworks and brand architecture
  • Confident agency management experience (creative + media)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring campaign impact, KPIs and ROI
  • Exposure to African markets is highly beneficial
