We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for the software solutions division of an experiential digital events company, focused on building interactive experiences, enterprise platforms, and AI-driven applications. From large scale event systems to custom enterprise tools, we blend creativity with technology to deliver impactful digital solutions. 

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll oversee cross disciplinary projects spanning web, interactive, and enterprise solutions. Your focus will be on keeping delivery smooth, teams aligned, and clients confident in our process. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead software and interactive projects from planning to delivery 
• Manage timelines, tasks, and dependencies using Zoho Projects 
• Coordinate between Developers, QA, Designers, and Stakeholders 
• Run stand ups, track progress, and clear blockers quickly 
• Ensure smooth communication and project documentation 
• Keep delivery aligned with client expectations and company standards 

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing software development or interactive tech projects 
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Projects (or similar project management tools) 
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must 
• Must be highly tech savvy and comfortable with software tools and workflows 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight deadlines 
• Experience in event tech, enterprise systems, or creative/interactive projects is a plus
