Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of partnership strategies for major cultural and entertainment events.

• Conduct research into potential partners, markets, and trends to support prospecting and proposal development.

• Support with outreach and initial brand engagement alongside the partnerships team.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of partnership rights and activations.

• Help manage day-to-day partner servicing, including fulfilment of contractual obligations and partner communications.

• Contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, proposal documents, reports, and event-time activation support.

• Assist in gathering performance data and preparing post-event partnership reports and insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, brand marketing, sponsorship, or account management, ideally within events, media, or entertainment.

• Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain agile in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Collaborative team player with a detail-oriented mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Familiarity with the UAE events landscape is a plus.
