NB: This is a 4 month contract with a view to be extended/permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Research

Identify potential brand partners across various sectors (FMCG, automotive, banking, retail, lifestyle, tech, etc.) with a focus on companies operating in the Middle East.

Monitor industry news, campaigns, and competitor partnerships to keep our pipeline fresh and informed.
Pipeline & CRM Tracking

Maintain a structured and up-to-date lead tracker.

Record outreach, follow-ups, and meeting notes to support accurate pipeline reporting.

Assist in categorising leads based on sector, brand fit, and readiness.
Sales Team Support

Collaborate closely with sales managers to support ongoing outreach campaigns and meeting preparation.

Help coordinate meeting logistics, contact research, and presentation updates.
Internal Collaboration

Work with internal departments (marketing and corporate sales) to ensure relevant contact data and campaign materials are aligned with brand outreach.
Market Research & Insights

Support the sales team by conducting brand research and staying across regional industry movements to help identify relevant contacts and partnership opportunities.
Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar research, marketing, or commercial support role (internships included).

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.

Interest in sponsorship, brand partnerships, or business development.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with CRM or database tools.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
