Job Description

Representing a premium healthcare provider in Dubai, we're on the lookout for confident, well-presented individuals to join a world-class guest relations team. Think: the warmth and polish of a 7 star hotel concierge, but in a luxury medical setting. This role is perfect for someone with a hospitality background who loves going the extra mile to make people feel welcomed, respected, and cared for.


You’ll be the face of the patient experience. Greeting guests, assisting with logistics, and ensuring every detail of their visit feels seamless and dignified. It’s about personalised care, calm communication, and impeccable service in every interaction.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet patients and VIP visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Guide and assist with admissions, discharges, and internal navigation
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with discretion
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate smooth patient journeys
  • Offer concierge-style support, including transport or local info
  • Maintain records via CRM and ensure preferences are logged
  • Handle concerns with empathy and follow service recovery protocols
  • Be a visible ambassador in public areas while maintaining discretion

 

Requirements

 

  • Polished grooming and strong interpersonal skills
  • Calm, composed demeanour in high-pressure environments
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality (front desk, concierge, or guest relations preferred)
  • Healthcare guest services exposure is a bonus, not a must
  • Fluent English (extra points for Arabic, Russian, or French)
  • Familiarity with CRM or PMS systems is helpful

  • This is a uniformed role with high presentation standards
  • Shifts (48 hours per week) include weekends and public holidays
  • You’ll be based in reception areas, patient lounges, and outpatient clinics
