Job Description

An international luxury interiors brand is looking for a Creative Merchandiser/ Project Manager to join their Dubai team. The company specialises in premium interior products, offering high-end, handcrafted collections to clients internationally.

What you’ll do:

• Research design trends, competitors, and client preferences
• Collaborate on new collection development with the creative team
• Plan and manage product assortments and structures
• Oversee the development of new textures, prints, and materials
• Coordinate packaging, labels, catalogues, and presentation materials
• Create moodboards, PDFs, and Keynote presentations
• Manage the product launch calendar and gather feedback from clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in design, fashion, interiors, or textiles
• Strong eye for aesthetics, colour, and composition
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Keynote
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing for design exhibitions
• Background in international creative environments

Role details:

• Contract-based (civil law contract)
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office located in Dubai
