Senior Regulatory Reporting Executive

 

AED 22,000 – 26,000 + medical + air ticket for self

 

Our client, an international Law firm is looking to recruit a proactive and professional individual to join their team in Dubai.   This role will be a shared resource between their Dubai and Cayman offices (approximately 70/30 split) and will support regulatory matters relating to DIFC, ADGM, BVI, and Cayman jurisdictions, depending on capacity

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Dubai office in launching and managing service lines for ADGM and DIFC clients, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery
  • Assist in providing Economic Substance Regulation (ESR) services to selected clients, depending on capacity and as directed by the Team Leader
  • Preparation and filing of ADGM/BVI Annual Accounts for designated clients
  • FATCA & CRS self-certification filings for ADGM/DIFC clients
  • Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) for selected clients
  • Assistance with Financial Annual Return (FAR) filings
  • Preparation of Books of Account (BOA) for specific clients
  • Support for the Law Firm on annual ESN filings (and BO), acting as the UAE liaison for the Cayman Corporate Governance ESN filings team
  • Contribute to the drafting of internal and external communications and other materials
  • Support training initiatives, including the preparation of training resources

 

Requirements:

 

  • Candidates must possess a professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, or equivalent) or a degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance requirements and accounting practices in key jurisdictions
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • A client-focused attitude with a professional demeanour
  • Excellent administrative and multitasking abilities
  • Proven reliability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work proactively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint corporate administration software is highly desirable
