My client, is a global leader in the FMCG sector and is looking to hire a Regional Influencer Marketing Manager to be based out of UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional Influencer Marketing strategies, aligning global plans with local goals.
- Build and manage a trusted, impactful network and maintain strong relationships.
- Organize unique experiences and integrate them into relevant projects and events.
- Stay updated on trends, pitch new talent, and expand the influencer network.
- Collaborate with various business units to incorporate influencers into events and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate influencer-led projects to ensure mutual value and alignment.
- Maintain consistent, authentic product integration in content.
- Ensure all content adheres to guidelines and reflects brand authenticity.
- Track, report, and optimize program performance, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Influencer Marketing, influencer partnerships, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media scene, trends, and content.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with creators, contracts, and content creation.
- Creative, innovative, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Native Arabic speaker required.
- Agency or in-house experience is okay as long as you have a strong influencer network.
