Job Description
My client, in the FMCG industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant who will be the administrative and project support specialist to the VP in the MEWA region. You must ensure seamless coordination between departments, manage travel and office logistics, and assist with key business planning and development initiatives.
Job Duties:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the VP’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Handle document filing, mail, expenses, and invoice reconciliation.
Project Coordination:
- Support business planning processes and deadlines.
- Organise conferences, workshops, and training events.
- Utilise Microsoft Teams to facilitate project communication.
General Coordination:
- Maintain updated contact directories and databases.
- Negotiate corporate rates for hotels and apartments.
- Act as a liaison between departments and HQ.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative roles supporting C-Suite level, preferably in FMCG multinational companies.
- Language: English and Arabic is non-negotiable, French is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Confidentiality, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset.
