Job Description

The Marketing and Communication Manager at this growing B2B business will spearhead the company’s marketing and communication strategies, enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business objectives in all countries of operation. This role will align commercial goals with effective communication strategies, market insights, and digital tools, including AI, to drive growth. The manager will also contribute to demand planning, branding, and campaign management.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with company objectives and product propositions.
  • Create an AI marketing strategy to optimize customer experience, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, and demand forecasts to create targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity through strategic communication efforts, be it for the company or its product lines.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation in target markets, in alignment with evolving market dynamics.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, across digital and traditional platforms and countries of operation.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives, resonate with the target audience.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, e-commerce, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration across all touch-points.
  • Oversee social media strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Identify key industry events and opportunities for brand presence, coordinating leadership participation to enhance visibility and market positioning.
  • Coordinate leadership participation to enhance visibility and market positioning, tracking event-related KPIs to measure impact and lead generation.
  • Manage in coordination with the Sales team and all concerned parties events in terms of logistics, branding, communications and sales materials, etc. to optimize results.
  • Manage public relations and media interactions
  • Implement customer-focused communication strategies that increase engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and feedback through strategic communications.
  • Establish a feedback loop to gather customer insights, using these to continuously improve communication strategies and product offerings.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications in Digital Marketing or AI integration are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally in multinational environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies within a B2B context and across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies, customer profiling, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing public relations, media interactions, and corporate communications specific to B2B sectors.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to business clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI in B2B initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing marketing and communication team within a B2B framework.
