Job Description

We’re searching for a hands-on Finance Manager with experience in a small to medium sized company. This business turns over AED 30m, has just received funding from an external investor and is now budgeted to turnover AED 60m in 2025.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of this business unit, with a dotted line to the Group CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations, managing cash flow, overseeing A-Z of the accounting, and ensuring timely completion of month-end reporting.

This role involves managing two junior accountants and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow and forecast financial liquidity.
• Lead and supervise two junior accountants.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Support the MD and Group CFO with financial insights and analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years work experience
• Chartered accountant is preferred
• Hands-on, willing to be involved accounting, VAT, corporate tax
• Business partner to the MD
• Implement strong compliance across the finance dept.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
