My client is a leading events and activations agency renowned for delivering innovative and high-impact experiences. We specialize in creating memorable events and activations that captivate audiences and achieve client objectives. As we expand our operations in Riyadh, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to lead our production team and drive excellence in event execution.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production for our events and activations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale productions, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, including production coordinators, technical crews, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of production team members.
• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production plans for events and activations, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure all production requirements are met.
  • Manage all aspects of production logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
• Post-Event Evaluation:
  • Conduct post-event reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management within the events or activations industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performance teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
