Quality Manager – Soft Services Facilities Management.

Based in Dubai – Salary 28k all inclusive

Reports to Head of Soft Services.

 

Inspire Selection are delighted to be working with our client to source a Quality Manager to join their team in Dubai.  The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality soft services, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with service standards.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Maintaining the delivery of high-quality soft services across the company. You will manage the quality of services provided by the company to customers by carrying out regular auditing of systems and procedures and adherence to service delivery on sites.

 

The position requires regular auditing to ensure cleaning, concierge and office boy services are delivered in a safe consistent and compliant way to achieve contractual service levels and key performance indicators.

 

Guides and supports the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive cost proposals as part of a tender bid, utilising internal computerised estimating systems.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Applicants for this role should ideally have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar field such as hospitality, leisure or related services.
  • Qualified to graduate level or have significant experience in Hospitality, Auditing, soft services in managing facilities services.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH. Internal QMS internal Auditors Qualification based upon ISO 9001:2008
  • Knowledge of facilities management housekeeping service capabilities; including levels of productivity, quality standards, service level agreements and types of service.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operating processes such as BICSc, COSHH, PPE, method statements, risk assessments, correct use of chemicals and equipment in line with manufactures recommendations.
  • Knowledge of statuary requirements and best practice guidelines relevant to property and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of Auditing procedures to international standards.
