We are seeking a talented Investment Analyst to join our Higher Education clients dynamic team. You will play a key role in evaluating potential investments for their growing business. The role will evaluate startup investments, the development of global partnerships, and the monitoring of the university endowment fund.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies using industry-standard financial modelling techniques.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess investment viability and risk.
• Contribute to the research and due diligence process for potential investments.
• Prepare compelling investment presentations for senior management.
• Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments in the Middle East.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering with MBA being an advantage
• 3-5 years' experience as an Investment Analyst in a Big 4 accounting firm or private equity firm preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and manipulate complex financial models using Excel and other software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling best practices.
• Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Qualification or similar industry equivalent
• Arabic language would be a distinct advantage
