Our client is a dynamic online trading platform who are looking to hire a driven and results-oriented Country Lead to spearhead their expansion into the GCC market

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to establish the organisation as the preferred online trading platform in the region.
• Lead a high-performing team, including business development, marketing, and client service professionals.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, and industry partners.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing and client acquisition, driving user growth and brand awareness.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably online trading.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and market share.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a positive and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and regulations in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
