Job Description

We are seeking an experienced corporate Partnerships Manager/Business Developer who is an Arabic speaker located in Saudi Arabia. The role will be working for a highly ranked executive education institution.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to bring in new clients
  • Work with the with the Dean, Faculty, and other staff as relevant throughout the client lifecycle
  • Manage existing client portfolio and identify potential growth opportunities
  • Attend program launches, closing ceremonies, company events, networking etc
  • Ensure offer right pricing and cost/profit models to ensure appropriate profit margins;
  • Work with Faculty to design programs/concepts that respond to clients needs

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • Solid work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, or consulting in a service industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Executive Education, Talent Management, L&D, and/or Leadership Development
  • Experience in the conception and design of corporate learning programs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in writing, presenting and defending proposals
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
  • Arabic native, GCC network a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends)
