Job Description

We are partnering with a globally recognised higher education institution to appoint an International Recruitment Adviser based in Dubai.

 

This role will support student recruitment and engagement activities across the GCC and wider region, working closely with schools, counsellors, prospective students and parents to promote undergraduate study opportunities and strengthen regional partnerships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, counsellors and key education stakeholders across the region.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including school visits, education fairs, presentations and information sessions.
  • Advise prospective students and families on academic programmes, admissions requirements and application processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on education trends, competitor activity and student demand.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes.
  • Support visiting international colleagues during regional recruitment tours and events.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within international student recruitment, higher education, education consultancy or a related sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience organising events, presentations or recruitment activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote and international environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC and wider region.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of international admissions processes and higher education systems.
  • Experience working with students, parents and school counsellors.
  • Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
