Business Development Manager – Composites

We are working with a UAE-based advanced manufacturing business specialising in high-precision composite structures supplied internationally.

As part of their next growth phase, they are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help them expand into a new industry vertical.

This is not a broad sales role. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in one sector and will help establish the company’s presence within that industry.

The role

• Lead entry into a new industry vertical where composite solutions are increasingly used
• Leverage your existing network to introduce the business to buyers and decision makers
• Identify opportunities where composite materials can replace or enhance traditional solutions
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape client solutions
• Build a pipeline of projects and support long-term sector growth

Requirements

• Proven BD or commercial experience in composites, advanced materials or engineered manufacturing
• Deep expertise in one sector such as marine, aerospace supply chain, infrastructure or industrial manufacturing
• Existing relationships that can accelerate market entry
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to influence technical buyers
• Comfortable in a hands-on, growth-stage environment
