Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Market Growth

  • Lead regional sales execution to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.

  • Drive the scale and adoption of digital learning solutions through targeted market positioning.

  • Convert strategic growth plans into measurable sales targets and successful market entry.

  • Secure major corporate and government contracts while managing a strong pipeline of strategic accounts.

  • Track competitor activity, market feedback, and sales performance to optimise execution.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with C-suite, HR, and L&D leaders across public and private sectors.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis through to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Manage long-term client relationships to ensure renewals, upselling, and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective market delivery.

Commercial Insight & Enablement

  • Provide leadership with on-the-ground insights on market dynamics, client needs, and localisation requirements.

  • Oversee the development of high-impact client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years’ overall professional experience, including 7+ years in senior sales or business development roles.

  • Proven success selling digital learning, EdTech, or e-learning solutions at scale.

  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets within corporate and government sectors in MENA.

  • Experience with a global professional services or education provider is highly desirable.

  • Fluent Arabic and English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Solid understanding of corporate L&D environments and learning delivery models.
