Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, expand existing relationships, and grow revenue across the UAE and GCC markets.
The ideal candidate is already active within corporate mobility, travel, hospitality, or adjacent B2B services and brings strong industry relationships or an established client network. This role requires a confident, consultative sales professional with a relationship-driven approach and strong commercial instincts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients requiring executive transport, event logistics, and VIP ground services
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, proactive communication, and increased account value
- Leverage relationships within law firms, financial institutions, hospitality groups, event agencies, and multinational corporates
- Deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals aligned with a premium service offering
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads, proposals, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with operations and partner teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention
- Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and preferred supplier arrangements
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Represent the business at networking events, client meetings, and relevant industry forums
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within executive transport, travel management, hospitality, aviation support, or events logistics
- Proven track record of winning and retaining high-value corporate accounts
- Established network of corporate decision-makers in the UAE or wider GCC
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and confident working independently against targets
