Job Description
I’m representing a fast-growing, well-backed technology services business that has entered a strong scale-up phase following significant client wins across the UAE and KSA. The business delivers end-to-end IT, infrastructure, AV and security solutions and is now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function.
This is a hands-on role suited to a senior sales professional who can both sell and lead. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across existing accounts while building structure, discipline and momentum within the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead new business development through relationships, partnerships and strategic networking
- Build, manage and motivate a small but growing sales team
- Create and implement sales structure, playbooks and processes to support scale
- Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solutions and close deals
- Develop strong vendor and partner relationships to generate warm leads and pipeline
- Manage key enterprise accounts and act as a senior commercial escalation point
- Support regional growth initiatives across KSA and, longer term, international markets
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and commercial reporting to senior leadership
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B technology or IT services sales within the UAE/GCC
- Strong tenure in the region (ideally 10+ years) with an established professional network
- Demonstrated ability to both hunt new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a growth environment
- Commercially astute with a relationship-first sales approach
- Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial business where multiple hats are required
- Exposure to working with distributors, vendors or partner-led sales models is advantageous
- International market exposure (UK or broader EMEA) is a strong plus
